With a mission to build community awareness and support through communication efforts by making connections to promote abilities and enrich lives, Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities (PCBDD) sought a marketing and branding partner to better position critical services, develop templates and resources that PCBDD staff and leadership can immediately utilize, and provide messaging that positively and clearly market those critical services.

We led a 3-phased marketing and branding strategy to refresh branding and position PCBDD as a partner and service provider, giving people in the community the ability to reach their fullest potential.

At the cornerstone of these phases were community and stakeholder engagement. Through focus groups, interviews, and surveys, everyone had a voice in the process.

Results


From business cards, to email signatures, to building signage, this collaboratively developed new brand helped address many of the identified strategic challenges, including connection to community, internal communications, community awareness while enhancing strategic advantages, including promoting creativity and mission-focused communication.
