Janice Zielinski
FOUNDER | ACCOUNT MANAGER + MARKETING STRATEGIST
Janice serves as the single point of contact for all Bluebirds clients. From strategy to implementation, she works alongside clients and consultants to deliver.
Janice began her marketing career at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 50 Company, providing marketing support to hospital customers and the senior sales leaders who interacted with them. After nearly a decade of deep work in healthcare she shifted her focus to education marketing where she served K-12 and higher education organizations across the country.
With roles at Battelle for Kids, Approach Marketing, and Bluebirds Marketing, Janice has provided marketing counsel and implementation support to companies of all sizes across the country, helping leaders build awareness and cultivate commitment among internal and external stakeholders.
Her work has been recognized with the PRSA PRism Award, the AMA Achievement in Marketing Award, and the School Public Relations Association Mark of Distinction.
Janice is a graduate of the College of Business at Ohio University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Janice is also a Professional Certified Marketer through AMA.
Corey Kerr
CONTENT STRATEGY + MEDIA RELATIONS
Corey supports Bluebirds clients with content and message development, media relations, and implementation of campaign strategies and tactics.
Corey is an experienced public relations strategist who combines comprehensive counsel and tactical know-how to develop communications programs that motivate and inspire. She understands both the big picture and what’s in the weeds and knows how to strike the balance between the two to move forward on target and on time.
Before striking out on her own, Corey worked across industries in both public relations agency and corporate settings. She has supported local, national and global communications for small, bold brands and Fortune 500 powerhouses.
Corey is a proud graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a BSJ from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and an MBA from the university’s College of Business. She remains a member of the College of Communications’ Professional Advisory Board. She also holds a professional certificate in Strategic Communication Management from Ithaca College and the International Association of Business Communicators.
Ania Striker
VISUAL STRATEGY + DEVELOPMENT
Ania delivers high-quality designs, animations, and videos to Bluebirds clients.
A graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design, Ania brings nearly 20 years of diverse experience as a creative professional in the design industry. Her career spans roles in advertising agencies, as an in-house designer for a non-profit organization, and freelance projects, allowing her to hone my skills across various platforms and mediums.
She excels in overseeing projects from concept to implementation, ensuring a cohesive vision throughout the process. Whether collaborating with a team or working independently, Ania takes initiative, develops innovative solutions, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
Ania’s expertise encompasses a wide range of design areas, including branding, print collateral, advertising, web design, social media, presentations, events, data visualization, online learning, animation, illustration, video production, signage, visual note-taking, and environmental branding. Ania is passionate about creating impactful designs that resonate with audiences and drive results.
Katie Austin
GRAPHIC DESIGN + BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Katie leads graphic design, website enhancements, and brand work for both Bluebirds clients and Bluebirds.
Katie is a seasoned graphic designer specializing in strategic visual storytelling. She began her career in a corporate role for a national nonprofit human services organization, spending half a decade evolving and unifying the organization’s brand identity. Her design leadership streamlined marketing collateral, built scalable design systems, and elevated the organization’s digital presence on a large scale.
With more than a decade of experience in the design field, Katie now focuses on consultative creative work, partnering with businesses of all sizes to produce thoughtful, strategic visuals. Her work spans from brand identity and packaging to trade show materials, publication systems, and digital content.
She holds a degree in communication from Brigham Young University–Idaho, where she was honored with the Gordon B. Hinckley Communicator Award for exemplary communication work.
Luci Kanowsky
DIGITAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Luci serves as content developer and social media strategist for Bluebirds Marketing.
Luciana (Luci) Kanowsky is a marketing professional with a strong focus on content creation and development. With two years of experience and a degree in Public Relations, she brings a well-rounded approach to digital communication, combining strategic thinking with creative execution. She specializes in crafting compelling content that aligns with brand identity, engages target audiences, and supports overall marketing goals. Her background in public relations strengthens her ability to communicate clearly and effectively across platforms.
Luci is a proud graduate from Capital University with a BA in Public Relations.
Elizabeth Boyden
DIGITAL MARKETING + SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
Elizabeth partners with Bluebirds to deliver successful influencer and ad campaigns, from planning and budget development, through execution and measuring success.
Elizabeth is a results-driven digital marketing strategist with over nine years of experience crafting and executing integrated programs for B2B organizations and enterprise-level clients. She combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to elevate brand awareness, optimize social media performance, and deliver measurable ROI.
An innovative leader, Elizabeth has designed and launched campaigns that boost revenue, capture market share, and strengthen brand positioning across professional services, corporate wellness, hardscape and construction, hospitality, and higher education.
Elizabeth holds a BS in Marketing from The Ohio State University, is HubSpot-certified in inbound marketing, and earned a Professional Certificate in Strategic Communication Management. She partners closely with leadership to align marketing investments to business objectives, leveraging data and agile methodologies to maximize impact.
Jen Brown
PORTRAIT & BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY
Jen partners with Bluebirds Marketing to plan and execute visual campaigns through multi-location photo shoots.
As a professional photographer with a strong foundation in both commercial and lifestyle photography, Jen specializes in capturing authentic, human moments that tell compelling stories. She brings experience across industries including healthcare, hospitality, education, and retail—consistently delivering visually striking, brand-aligned content.
Jen has worked on campaigns both large and small, including Bath & Body Works, The Ohio State University, Madison Healthcare, NiSource, Bread Financial, Roosters, High West Whiskey, Rite Rug, Orthopedic One, SuitShop and Central Ohio Transit Authority. Jen's background in marketing and advertising means you get the best of both worlds - a partner who understands visual brand strategy and the photography expertise to capture it.
Jen is also a freelance photographer with published work in such magazines as (614) Magazine, Stock & Barrel and Refined. Jen is a graduate of State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in marketing and studied international business at The American University of Rome.

Groove Street Creative is the visual engine behind many of Bluebirds Marketing’s clients most dynamic digital projects. With a deep expertise in digital strategy and website design, Groove Street blends storytelling with functionality to create visually stunning, user-friendly websites that perform. Their design approach is grounded in clarity, movement, and brand consistency, ensuring that every click, scroll, and interaction feels intentional and on-message.
Whether building a site from the ground up or refreshing an existing platform, Groove Street focuses on delivering responsive, modern designs that are as intuitive as they are beautiful. Their integration of motion graphics, branded video headers, and interactive elements helps turn static websites into immersive brand experiences. Together, sisters Skylar and Callie Saba combine creative vision with operational expertise to grow the business and deliver impactful, tailored designs to businesses of all industries.
